How to Find Us
We're based at the historic Wharfebank Mills on the banks of the River Wharfe with wonderful views of the surrounding moors. The Mills are on the outskirts of Otley in Leeds, located just off the A660 so it's easy to find and you don't have to contend with the traffic in Otley!
There's free parking (please use parking bay 15 which is just at the back of The River Cafe opposite our entrance) and a fabulous onsite cafe if you fancy a coffee after your treatment!

To find the clinic room, look out for the purple Pennyhole signs which will lead you to our beautiful arched entrance way just at the back of the River Cafe. If you go up the few stairs and turn right when you enter the building and then immediately right again through the door, you'll find our waiting area where you can take a seat until we're able to greet you.
If you enter the car park from the entrance next to Otley Mills, you will see this view with the fabulous beam across the road and the clinic window in front of you.
Please note, you can't access the clinic from this door, you need to drive round towards The River Cafe on the other side of this building. From there you will see parking bay 15 which you can use.
If someone is using bay 15, please just find another alternative space, there's always lots to choose from! ​
The clinic entrance is through this beautiful arched doorway that welcomes you to the historic Pennyhole.​
When you step into the building you'll see a kitchen area in front of you, if you go up the steps and turn right you'll find a half glazed door that will lead you through to our waiting area.​
Whilst we are on the ground floor, there are a few steps up to the door and down to the clinic itself. If you think you might struggle with the steps, please mention on booking and I can meet you outside to give you a helping hand!
