Ear Seeds
Small but powerful ear seeds are a form of acupressure. Used in the ear for a range of health benefits such as treating anxiety & stress. Suitable for any age but particularly helpful for children and young adults (14+) or those preferring a needle free option.
Available to purchase online for use at home or can be applied in clinic during an ear seed appointment.

I love to bring acupuncture out of the clinic room every so often and I'm delighted to be doing just that in June at the gorgeous Arch Barn on the Harewood Estate, between Leeds and Harrogate.
The Women's Wellness events are always so popular and spaces are very limited so please do book online or get in touch if you're interested or you'd like more information.
Our Clinic
Thrive Acupuncture Clinic is based in the beautiful Wharfebank Mills, adjacent to the River Wharfe on the outskirts of the market town of Otley. It's within 30 minutes of Ilkley, Harrogate, Leeds, Skipton, Baildon and Shipley. The clinic offers a peaceful haven for you to relax during your treatment. There's free parking available on site and a fabulous cafe for you to enjoy before of after your session!
Q - What does acupuncture feel like?
A lot of patients worry about whether acupuncture is going to hurt. Be assured, the needles we use are really very fine, they are nothing like the needles you come across when having an injection or giving blood.
In most cases you won't feel the needle at all, if you do, it will just be an initial sensation on insertion and then it will disappear. During the treatment, patients sometimes report feeling tingling or a slight dull ache, this is just the needles working and isn't uncomfortable or unpleasant at all.
Most patients find the treatments very relaxing and you may even fall asleep.
